Temporary work:
Temporary work or 'temping' can offer many benefits not least as a stop gap or supplement to your career development. Temporary work can also help where you wish to gain experience while seeking permanent work. It offers great flexibility while exposing you to different work environments and job roles.
Temporary work and your pay:
Blue Recruitment provides a full PAYE system and is also structured to pay you via your imited company, your self employed status or through the new CIS.
We also work with MyKey Payroll services to you ensure you receive the high service levels. MyKey provides Blue Recruitment workers with full level support in all areas of your pay.
By working with MyKey services you will be able to offset legitimate business expenses against your gross salary, thereby reducing your income tax and National Insurance liability, thus increasing your take home pay. You continue to be treated like an employee paying tax and National Insurance contributions at source, through PAYE.
Direct employment:
In some cases, employers may wish to employ you directly, in this case we would ensure correct negotiation in terms of salary and working hours.
